Description:
Nestling at the foot of scenic Box Hill the Burford Bridge dates back to the 1500s and some of the oak beams dating from that period are still visible. The River Mole runs through the bottom of the spectacular gardens which also houses the lovely open air swimming pool (May to Sept). Nearby attractions include the Royal Horticultural Gardens at Wisley and Polesden Lacey which in summertime open air Shakespearean plays are performed. All bedrooms are well appointed and the hotel also has a restaurant, bar and patio area for ‘al fresco’ dining and free car parking.
