Who operates this website?
This website is operated by Quick Hotels, our hotel booking system is provided by Superbreaks.
What if I am arriving late at the hotel?
Your booking is guaranteed for late arrival but it is always worth calling the hotel to advise them if you are going to be very late. At some of the smaller hotels you may have the owner waiting up for you! The hotel telephone number is displayed on your booking voucher.
What room types are available?
Hotels in the UK offer single, double (i.e. 1 double bed) and twin (2 single beds) bedrooms. Family rooms for three or four are generally available and these are normally either twin or double rooms with extra child or sofa beds. It is rare for hotels to offer rooms to accommodate either 3 or 4 adults.
What is a Midweek single supplement?
All prices shown are the price of sharing a twin or double room. Single supplements are applied by hotels to reflect the price they charge for a single room and should be added to the half twin price. 'Midweek' is Monday to Thursday inclusive. Some hotels alternatively charge week-round single supplements. So if you want a single at a weekend look for hotels that only charge midweek.
Do I get a larger room if I pay the single supplement?
Unfortunately not. The price charged is for a single room although some hotels do allocate larger rooms for the same rate.
Children are travelling in our party do we get a discount?
Normally children are free if sharing with 2 adults or half price in their own room. There are some exceptions to this and these will show in the price when you 'Confirm Cost'. 'Free' children do not have meals included and these must be paid for at the hotel.
Why is full payment taken at the time of booking?
Full payment is taken at the time of booking in order to guarantee your room against the price you booked at, and to ensure the room is kept for you in the event of a late arrival. As a third party (tour operator) Superbreak also guarantees full payment to the hotel.
How do I get to the hotel?
The hotel, address and telephone number will be provided on screen after your confirmation of the booking. This information will also be provided on the email and postal confirmation that will be sent to you. Each UK hotel entry has a printable map to assist in planning your route. Maps for European hotels are not currently available, but will be added to the site in the near future. Please note that some events include accommodation at hotels, with whom Superbreak do not deal directly. In this instance, only limited information can be made available.
What's included in the price?
A complete price breakdown can be obtained by clicking the "confirm cost" button after checking availability of your chosen hotel. All prices include service and VAT.
What if I need to change my reservation?
An administration or cancellation charge will apply. Please refer to Superbreak's terms and conditions for further details or call Superbreak's helpdesk on 0870 701 4444, from outside the UK call 0044 1904 620033.
Are my credit card details secure?
Yes. - Superbreak uses a secure server to encrypt and protect all communication of personal details and credit card information between yourself and Superbreak. Superbreak's secure server is authenticated and certificated by Thawte.com. Quick Hotels does not have access to your credit card details.
Are all prices in Great British Pounds (£)?
Yes. Superbreak make all charges in Great British Pounds(£), irrespective of the location of the hotel.
How do I make a complaint?
Any cause for complaint must first be notified as soon as possible to the supplier of the services concerned. If you are still dissatisfied, you must then write to Superbreak at the earliest opportunity (stating your reservation number), and within 28 days to:

Please allow this time for a response as Superbreak normally have to make contact with the supplier concerned to gather information. Please note that neither Quick Hotels nor Superbreak do not accept liability for consequential loss and, apart from personal injury claims, Superbreak maximum liability to you is limited to the price of your holiday.
I have booked an event break- when and where do I get my tickets?
Ticket collection varies for individual event breaks, although in most cases these will be supplied at check-in or en-route to the event. Please see specific event pages for details of collection.
Can I buy event or theatre tickets on their own?
Unfortunately not. Superbreak can only supply event or theatre tickets in conjunction with a hotel stay.
